with a capacity of approximately 31,000 liters, 4 compartments (9,000L+6,000L+5,000L+11,000L), thermally insulated - ATP, non-pressure tank

Made of AISI 304 (DIN 1.4301) quality stainless steel material, with a filling manhole on each compartment, external support legs in stainless steel, internal stainless steel rings

Manholes:
4 x DN500 manholes openings, with ventilation valves
Each manhole cover has one-bolt closure
Each manhole cover has anti-accidental closure hooks

Manhole Spill Boxes, Square Design:
Located on the top of the vessels
Made from stainless steel, insulated
2 drain pipes on each spill box
2 hinged lids with lock, insulated

Insulation and Cladding: - According to ATP "IN" standards
Body insulation: ca. 50 mm polyurethane
Tank bottoms insulation: 100 mm glass wool

Tank / shell: Fiberglass
Bottoms: Fiberglass

Operation Pressure: Suitable for operation at atmospheric pressure

Walkway: Aluminum anti-slip walkway along the tank and around manhole collection basins on the right side
Handrail Control: Folding stainless steel handrail, operated from the lower part of the access ladder

Ladder: Stainless steel ladder with handrail lifting mechanism, located on the rear Right side

CIP - Washing System DN50:
Washing system with 6 heads (2+1+1+2) and a shut-off valve for each head,
stainless steel DN50 pipeline is routed down on the rear right side with a DN 50 cap and chain,

Hose Deflectors bars for protect the insulation and cladding of the tank installed on the upper right and left
sides of the tank

Ladder: for entering the tank, located on the top of the tank on the walkway - Steinlees steel

Discharge System:
Bottom Valves:
4 x DN100, with handwheel control on the top
Discharge pipes: Separate for 1st and 2nd and 3rd and 4th chamber
2 x DN100 Discharge pipes insulated and covered with stainless steel
one pipe – for 1st and 2nd chamber, insulated with PE
and one pipe – for 3rd and 4th chamber, insulated with PE

Discharge Valves:
2 x DN100 manually operated butterfly valves, position rear middle in the stainless steel discharge box with double doors.


Additional equipment :
Tool Boxes: - 2 x stainless steel toolboxes (Appr.900x600x500 mm) , located on the rear left and right
Tool Box - storage: - Storage box on top of the tank – stainless steel
Discharge Box: - stainless steel outlet box with double doors, position rear middle
